Using eatables
You must be 13 or older. You agree to follow community guidelines: review only places you actually visited, post original photos, and treat other reviewers with respect.
Your content
You retain ownership of reviews and photos you post. You grant eatables a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute them within the service.
Moderation
We may remove content that violates guidelines or appears to be spam or fake. Repeated violations result in account suspension. We try our best to prevent spam and fake reviews, but cannot guarantee that every review on the platform is genuine.
No paid placements
Restaurants cannot pay for ranking, visibility, or favourable placement. Anyone offering paid promotion in our name is not authorised by us.
Disclaimers
Eatables is provided "as is". Recommendations are based on community reviews, not guarantees of food quality, allergens, or business hours. Always verify directly with the venue when it matters.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
