Features
Eatables is a free food discovery and review app for Android, with iOS coming soon. The features below cover what is in the app today. Every feature is available on the free plan — there is no paid tier.
Real reviews from real diners
Reviews come from people who actually ate the dish. We try our best to prevent spam and fake reviews, and there are no paid bumps.
Live food map
The Nearby map shows the restaurants and food spots near you. Tap a pin for menu hits, hours and contributions.
Must-try lists
Bookmark dishes and restaurants you want to try. Lists show progress (how many you have eaten versus saved). You can keep multiple lists — "weekend trips", "date nights", "office lunch".
Mood, dietary and cuisine filters
Filter by what you actually want, not just what is open: date-night, solo-friendly, late night, cosy, vegan, gluten-free, kid-friendly. Filters compose — search "vegan + date-night + 1km".
AI dish-finder
Describe what you crave in plain language ("crispy, spicy, under ₹300, near me") and eatables surfaces matching dishes on menus near your location. No category browsing required.
Real-time trending in your region
The Discover feed surfaces what people in your neighbourhood are eating and reviewing right now. Ranking is based purely on real activity. There are no paid placements that could push a spot up the feed.
Categories: cafés, late night, date nights, solo
Curated category browsers for the most common reasons people open the app: cafés to work from, late-night spots that are actually open, date-night atmospheres, and places where eating alone feels normal.
Free for restaurants too
Restaurants can claim their listing for free to update menus and reply to reviews. There are no boost-for-pay options. Owner replies are clearly labelled.
